From 1 to 11 march the call for bids will be launched for companies that carry out energy efficiency measures and plants for the production of energy from renwable sources for self-consumption. There are resources for 8 million euro

8 million euros have been allocated to support micro, little and medium-seized enterprises that realize energy efficiency measures on existing production plants and facilities. The incentives also include the installation of new plants for the energy efficiency from renwable sources for self-consumption in the production units of the companies.

The 40% of the budget of the call is reserved for the micro enterprises to facilitate the Ligurian production fabric and to access the call that grant sources up to 400 thousand euros on eligible investments exceeding 25 thousand euros, VAT excluded. This is a call that deploy the resources from Por Fesr, 4 million euros to finance the straight grants, and 4 million euros from the fund set up specifically for the financing of the repayable loan and the reduction of the cost of the guarantee.
These are eligible measures still to be launched and already launched from 19 July 2018 and not ended aimed to:

  • improve energy efficiency
  • nstall renewable energy facilities whose energy is entirely used for self-consumption in the operating unit

  • the 40% of eligible costs (up to a maximum of 200.000 euros) consisting of providing subsidised loan, including 0.5 per annum of the amount of financing for the guarantee cost reduction
  • up to the 40% of eligible costs is given in the form of non-repayable grant

The financing can concern just one form of facilitation, that can reach up to 40% of the eligible investment.

The applications for the facilitation must be submitted exclusively online, by accessing the online application system from the filse.it website from 1 march 2019 to 11 march 2019.

The computerized procedure will be available off-line from 1 February 2019.
