World Heritage

It includes Porto Venere, the Palmaria islands, Tino and Tinetto. We recommend going round the Palmaria island; also, there is diving and snorkelling in the waters of the Marine Reserve in the Park to discover the poseidonia grassland and climb on the walls of the Muzzerone.

Visit the Cave of Doves on Palmaria, the San Lorenzo Church and the Doria castle, the Palmaria Fort and the Muzzerone Fort, the Roman villa in Varignano and the Olivetan Monastery (1389), and the monastic remains on Tinetto and Tino (11th century).

On 13 September, which is the day of San Venerio, the island is open to visitors.
