A landscape with fresh springs, where poet Caproni found inspiration, offers today new, regenerating ideas

This is a small village surrounded by a dense wood of oaks and chestnut trees, in the upper Trebbia valley. Here, nature is really a regenerating source, as evidenced by the many water springs. Do not miss the thirteen fountains having the distinguishing shape of a column, with the image of the Madonna Addolorata, patron of the village. This village has been a source of inspiration for poets and writers, as celebrated in the lyric poems by Giorgio Caproni. Discover the Bosco delle Fate (the Fairy Wood), a chestnut wood where a traditional feast is celebrated every year and you can find high level sports facilities. You can also benefit from the tours starting from the green valley floor up to the highest peaks.
