Among magical woods inhabited by fallow deer and roe deer, there is a place full of traditions, also as concerns food specialities

Among chestnuts and acacia woods, near the Giovi Pass, a few kilometres from Genoa, there is a bucolic place where you can spend peaceful moments and visit ancient sanctuaries. Leave for wonderful tours, by foot or riding, and go into the forests that seem to be fairy places: if you are lucky, you can meet fallow deer and roe deer. Go back to the town, sit at the table with local people and enjoy the traditional dishes, such as the ravioli, donkey stew and the Giovi macaroons, covered with a particular icing.
