A medieval village with quaint caruggi

It is one of the most interesting places in Porto Maurizio, perched on a promontory that looks out on the sea. A medieval village still today almost entirely pedestrianized, with quaint caruggi that intersect the main street, which climbs in a spiral up to the top, and alleys that lead down to the sea. A charming and spellbound atmosphere among ups-and-downs, panoramas, little squares, flights of steps, loggias and the scent of caper plants. Here it is worth stopping to enjoy the silence and the breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains.
