It takes just a few minutes by car or train to get out of the city and to the Riviera. Arenzano is the worldliest place, a gut full of shop windows, and Liberty villas in luxuriant parks. With a few steps you will be immersed in the green Park of Villa Negrotto Cambiaso, among centuries-old maritime pines, lakes in which swans are mirrored and close encounters with splendid peacocks.

Sport lovers cannot miss the appointment with the famous Maremonti, a race for families too, held in the middle of September on paths sheer over the sea. Underwater, instead, you can make the unbelievable dive to the wreck of the oil-tanker Haven sunk in 1991.

The inhabited area is dominated by the Sanctuary of Baby Jesus of Prague, a popular destination for pilgrims and tourists; not to be missed is the very beautiful permanent artistic manger in ceramics at Albisola.
