Immersed in the green of lush chestnut groves, the roots of this village were sunk in medieval times. Devoted to farm life and to religious worship, inside its city walls it boasts examples of 15th century churches and the signs of an important past. A history that also passes down its creative bent. You can discover the crafts of artisans that take form in wood and in paper, be won over by the flavour of the local chestnuts, slowly dried for two months in the typical old stone buildings called “tecci”. A tradition that has the same warmth as the inhabitants of this land.
